Funding Management
TMS compiles applications in an administrative sense; we are NOT professional fundraisers. We charge no commission or percentage fees.
New clients incur a setup fee. We charge a reasonable hourly rate plus disbursements fee for each application submitted. A minimum charge per application applies. The streamlined systems we operate ensure where possible, the hours incurred are kept to a minimum. An information pack which details the current rates is available upon request.
Administration Management
Our administrative management clients enter into a contract for service with TMS. The contract for service will outline the scope and nature of service, the tasks we will undertake, fees and timing of payment.
Funding and Administrative Management Services
Organisations wanting TMS to undertake both funding and administration management services will enter into a contract with TMS.
The nature of sports organisations is that they are often reliant on committee volunteers to run the organisation, volunteers who are also engaged with coaching, managing and other parts of the club. Avon Hockey has partnered with Thea Mickell Services for over 4 years, and they have provided us fantastic assistance in funding important projects and growth of our proud hockey club. This frees up valuable time for myself, as Treasurer, to attend to the time intensive administration/finance work required to keep our club operating.
Thea and her team provide exceptional and professional service to our club to support our operation. We primarily work with Alison Black who is extremely knowledgeable of our needs and is always quick to provide excellent funding recommendations to us. She has at many times dropped everything for us to provide urgent funding support for our club. We have no hesitation recommending Thea and her fantastic team to support your organisation!
