We all have our passions in life, and I am sincerely grateful to be able to meld my various passions together. Creating a stable, honest small business in the not-for-profit industry is a proud achievement, second only to my family.

Throughout TMS’s 15 years of operating, the ethos internally is family first. Our team is a happy one; we pull together through busy periods, we work from home during school holidays and illnesses, and the flexibility and work satisfaction creates genuine loyalty amongst us, ultimately benefiting our clients.

TMS are knowledgeable in all aspects of the not-for-profit industry. An industry with ever changing and increasing compliance needs, an industry of consistently walking the tight rope between funding needs, financial compliance and service demand. A glaring point of note in NFPs, is so often the hardworking people who strive to make a difference are not always the most skilled administrators. I always say to groups to think of their organisation as a house. If the foundations aren’t stable and strong, then the house is compromised. Having strong administration foundations in any group is paramount for success.

Here in lies TMS’s success. Our sole aim is to ensure the financial systems, reporting, funding and legal compliance is in tip-top condition. Therefore, allowing a group’s core service to continue and not be compromised by the overwhelming administrative needs.

I’m incredibly lucky to love my job, have a fantastic team, and to be making an important impact nationwide.
